QI leaders and their project teams were invited to attend a full day of sharing and learning their process maps and driver diagrams; skills they learned during QI training day one. As the day progressed teams learned new/ developed existing QI skills and shared their learning with each other.
Next steps
- Each unit will have a visit form the regional programme manager for QI support
- QI Training Day Three – Maintaining Momentum – will take place on 16th October 2019.
- Each unit will be asked to share a completed driver diagram at Training Day Three
