    A recent survey undertaken for us by Ipsos MORI told us that just under half (49%) of the population in Great Britain don’t think their kidneys make urine.  Is that your experience when caring for patients? So, where do we start in getting people to understand what their kidneys do, and how vital they are for health and wellbeing?  7% of respondents had no idea what their kidneys do – how can we help improve public knowledge?
