Welcome to our new site

Think Kidneys, the NHS’s campaign programme to avoid preventable acute kidney injury, is delighted to publicise its website and brand identity. The programme decided on the name ‘Think Kidneys’ because it is accessible to everyone and describes exactly what needs to happen.

Richard Fluck, National Clinical Lead for Renal and the Think Kidneys programme lead said  “Though the website is primarily designed for health and care professionals at the moment, we will expand content over the coming months to ensure it is useful to everyone who visits. We welcome your feedback on the site at any time. I hope people sign up to receive the latest information about Think Kidneys and join us in the conversation on the forum. The next few months are exciting for everyone involved; we have a lot to do and we’ll have a lot to share with you”

The website will be updated regularly as Think Kidneys develops and there are lots of opportunities to get involved –take advantage, share your experiences and be part o the change that will lead to fewer cases of preventable acute kidney injury and better experiences and outcomes for patients.
