How we are working
As mentioned, co-production is the name of the game for the Transforming Participation in Chronic Kidney Disease programme. What this means is that we are working together equally – people with CKD and the renal teams.
Co-production is more than just involving people or consulting them. It’s about sharing the power and influence to make change happen. We’re working together.
The work of the programme involved two workstreams and the aim was to have a 50:50 split of people with CKD and people from renal teams.
