The Patient Reported Experience Measure (PREM) survey 2017 is now open!
The PREM survey 2017 is open to all adult renal patients in England and Wales, and can be completed online between July 1st and July 31st 2017. NOTE please only complete the online survey if you have not already completed a paper version of the PREM 2017 – you should only complete this survey once a year.
The aim of the PREM is to
- Help renal unit teams understand how patients feel about their experience of care
- Show where improvement can be made, and
- Give us a national picture of people’s experience of care
It is available in 4 languages – English, Welsh, Urdu and Gujarati. The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete and full instructions are at the start of the survey.
