Renal Unit Quality Improvement (QI) Leads

Each unit one medical and one multidisciplinary QI lead. They are the ones who will lead on the project at their unit. They usually meet monthly, with a wider local working group to support implementation of their chosen project  in their  units

ROLES:

  • Collect data, on the defined objectives of the chose projects and any regionally agreed data
  • Implement any educational  and awareness materials at the set time points in the project
  • Actively participate in discussions through attendance at KQuIP regional activities, webinars/calls. This will include 7 regional study days and 2 monthly network webinars/calls.

There are 4 multi-professional and 4 medical/surgical QI leads within each renal unit.
